Welcome to Rent A Dream Truck. These Terms of Service govern the use of our website, rental services, applications, and vehicles. By accessing our website or renting a vehicle from Rent A Dream Truck, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Customers must meet all approval requirements established by Rent A Dream Truck.
Valid identification, payment information, and required documentation must be provided before vehicle pickup.
Approval is not guaranteed and may be denied at the company’s discretion.

2. BUSINESS USE ONLY

Vehicles are intended for approved business use only.
Personal moving, illegal activities, reckless use, racing, towing without approval, or prohibited commercial activity is not allowed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all drivers comply with company policies.

3. PAYMENTS & FEES

Weekly payments are required through approved automatic payment methods.
Customers agree to pay all applicable rental charges, deposits, late fees, mileage overages, cleaning fees, damages, tolls, tickets, and recovery costs.
Declined or failed payments may place the account into default status.

4. VEHICLE CONDITION & RESPONSIBILITY

Customers accept the vehicle in its current documented condition at pickup.
Vehicles must be returned in reasonably clean condition and free of excessive damage.
Customers are financially responsible for damages occurring during the rental period.

5. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

Customers must maintain approved insurance coverage during the rental term.
Failure to maintain valid insurance coverage may result in suspension or repossession of the vehicle.
Customers remain responsible for deductibles and uncovered damages.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

Unauthorized drivers
Smoking inside the vehicle
Illegal activity
Tampering with GPS or tracking systems
Transporting hazardous materials without approval
Intentional damage or misuse of the vehicle

Violations may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rent A Dream Truck is not responsible for

Lost profits or business interruption
Delays caused by breakdowns or repairs
Personal belongings left inside vehicles
Third party service failures

Customers assume responsibility for operating the vehicle safely and legally.
