Wrap Policy
This Wrap Policy outlines the rules, requirements, and responsibilities related to advertising wraps, decals, graphics, and branding placed on Rent A Dream Truck vehicles.
By renting a vehicle from Rent A Dream Truck, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. APPROVED BUSINESS USE
All truck wraps must represent a legitimate business, service, or approved commercial use.
Personal, offensive, illegal, hateful, explicit, political, or inappropriate advertising is strictly prohibited.
Rent A Dream Truck reserves the right to deny or require removal of any wrap design at its sole discretion.
2. COMPANY BRANDING
Some trucks may already display Rent A Dream Truck branding or advertising.
Customers may request removal or replacement of existing advertising for approved business branding.
A wrap removal or replacement fee may apply before installation of customer graphics.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are fully responsible for all costs related to:Wrap design
Printing
Installation
Removal
Repairs caused by wrap damage
All wraps must be professionally installed by an approved or qualified installer.
Homemade, poorly installed, peeling, or damaging wraps are not permitted.
4. WRAP APPROVAL PROCESS
Before any wrap is installed, customers must provide:
A digital mockup or design proof
Business name and contact information
Installer information
Estimated installation and removal dates
Wrap installation may not begin until written approval is provided by Rent A Dream Truck.
5. VEHICLE DAMAGE
Customers are responsible for any paint damage, adhesive damage, scratches, residue, or body damage caused during installation or removal of wraps.
Drilling, permanent modifications, cutting into the vehicle, or altering factory surfaces is prohibited unless approved in writing.
Any damage caused by the wrap process may be charged to the customer.
6. REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS
Wraps must be removed before the vehicle is returned unless otherwise approved in writing.
Vehicles returned with partial wraps, adhesive residue, peeling graphics, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
If Rent A Dream Truck removes the wrap, removal fees will be billed to the customer.
7. INSPECTIONS
Rent A Dream Truck is not responsible for:Design errors
Printing mistakes
Lost business revenue
Wrap fading or weather damage
Installation company issues
Customers assume full responsibility for all branding, advertising claims, and business representations displayed on the vehicle.
